About Me

Meet Your Paralegal

I'm Karolina Czmoch, paralegal and founder of Nevori. I prepare court documents for litigants in person in the courts and tribunals of England and Wales, in English and in Polish.

No two cases are the same, so I don't work from templates. I read your papers in full, identify what the court actually has to decide, and build every skeleton argument, statement and bundle around your facts and your hearing.

You deal with me directly from the first call to the final document. When you want support on the day, I also attend as a professional McKenzie Friend.

I provide document preparation, guidance and McKenzie Friend support. I am not a solicitor, I am not regulated by the SRA and I do not conduct litigation on your behalf.

Certificate of Higher Education in Law and Legal Practice, Wrexham University, awarded 4 July 2025. Formal training in legal principles, legal research and court procedure in England & Wales, applied to every document I prepare.

Professional McKenzie Friend, With Legal Training

A McKenzie Friend accompanies and supports a litigant in person during court proceedings. Anyone can act as one. What I add is legal training and, in most cases, the fact that I prepared the documents the judge is reading, so I already know your case in detail.

Under the judiciary's Practice Guidance, a litigant in person can normally have a McKenzie Friend, and the court will only refuse for good reason. I explain how to let the court know in advance that I will be attending. On the day I sit beside you, take notes, help you keep your papers in order and quietly assist you throughout the hearing.

Hearings supported: private children, divorce and financial remedy, enforcement, housing, civil and tribunal hearings.
